Vipin Sharma is CEO Access Development Services has is also the Managing Trustee of Access Assist for last 4 years. ACCESS ASSIST is a specialized affiliate of ACCESS to support the growth of microfinance in India. Prior to this, he was a Program Director of CARE India for more than 6 years. He began his career at RBI and in 1983 and later he moved to NABAR. He also served as Executive Director for Rural Non Farm Development Agency for 4 years.
